Who’s got thicker skin than me??? I guess NOBODY

Tonite, I didn’t wanna go home early
So I was pestering everybody
Probing whether there’s any nite activities
Sigh….everyone’s so busy
I finally called up somebody
Someone I knew barely
Her name is Kayee
Asked her if she’s free
Paused momentarily &
Rushed out an idea in a hurry
Invite me to dine with her family
“Yes, definitely” I replied promptly
Since she didn’t know if the food is enough for everybody
Hence I did a little grocery
While I was waiting in the Q impatiently
Wondering if I should just go home early
Coz breaking someone else’s itinerary
Is not something I do normally
But the thought was overwhelmed by my curiosity
Felt kind of sacred but awaits anxiously
Coz I don’t know what’z gonna happen exactly

Surprisingly!
Her parents are warm and friendly
The house is nice and tidy
Da decor is classy &
Da white tile gave it a touch of purity
Homemade dinner is undoubtedly tasty
Conversation was with her daughter mostly
But as a stranger I can feel the loving atomsphere
It really felt like doing anthropology study
On a Hong Kong family
It was all very lovely

I really have to thank this Beauty

For letting me into a little bit of her privacy
Though this was really crazy
Da charming evening is all saved in my memory

From now on I think U’re gonna be busy
Coz everyone wants U to treat them individually.
