Amazing Encounter

This morning I had a job interview
The interviewer talked about job perception and her points of view
She asked what’z up with me &
Why I quitted working for the big company
I told her what happened
She sighed and shook thinking that “I shouldn’t”
I told her that kind of work ain’t for university student
She said “Having a degree doesn’t makes me much different”
It only means I am lucky
Lived and experienced a country with multi-nationality
It also means my education is higher
But doesn’t mean my work performance is better
With no experience
I have to start from none
Then, I induced another argument
Saying I want someone to recognize my accomplishment
She said how are you gonna get recognition
If you can’t even pass the probation
I really appreciated the 1 and a half hour of conversation
I thank her for teaching without asking for tuition
I really hope I can get the offer
Even if I didn’t, I will never forget this Amazing Encounter!!!

What A Fool

One day…

I see You &
Asked “What’z up with you?”
You said “Not much, nothing to do”
I replied “Me too” &
I think to myself “What a boring duo”

The next day…

I see You &
Asked “Where you heading to?”
You said “I am off for a hair-do.”
I replied “Good for you” &
I think to myself “Good luck to you”

The following day…

I see You
But I hardly recognize Who
You asked “Something wrong with my hair-do?”
I replied “No, it's totally cool” &
I think to myself “You look like a fool”

GOING WILD PART II - THE MYSTERIOUS GIRL

The girl in the previous passage is one of my ex-colleague
I find her attractive not becoz of her beauty or physique
Is her personality that makes her unique
She’s a total activity freak
Loves to arrange group activities every week
Using her strong & persuasive technique
To get everyone involve is her special streak

In front of people, she always puts up a smiley
She loves to laugh wildly when she finds something funny
But deep inside she hides a tough mentality
She surprised me when I heard one of her parents left early
Coz from her optimistic outlook one can’t tell easily

As I observe closely
I doubt I am the type of guy whom she finds lovely
She loves the typical HK activities
Such as drinking & singing in Karaoke
Plus she doesn’t love to hang out individually
Except with her family
Moreover, in front of her I can’t act normally
Couldn’t turn on my “Mojo” & work my tongue smoothly

Seems like there’re more differences than similarities
Glad that I’ve reached maturity &
Didn’t rush in immediately
I would be such a dummy
If I didn’t do my homework carefully
Though we lack the chemistry
Is still good to be her friend than to be her enemy

People mistook it as Ryan Rock
Is alright, but I prefer the Capital L with an ok LOK
In front of strangers, I don’t talk a lot
When I feel more comfy, then I’ll start to rock
I prefer basketball rather than pure jog
I like to get creative with my thought to untie any difficult locks
I am a simple guy who plans no plot
Only hoping to get a hot job

Work Experience

I don’t have much work experience
Since I’ve only worked on and off for 12 months
It includes Customer Service Officer, Programmer & Administrative Assistant
I bet you wonder why I am so inconsistent
Have to tell you I ain’t incompetent
I just want to find a job with a future career development
If you think dumb is the reason for my unemployment
Then that’z your own problem

Achievement

I haven’t made much achievement,
Tat’z why I would like to start from none
Hope this doesn’t cause any problem
If it does then please don’t throw a tantrum
Is ok, I would just continue to hunt
Until I save myself from unemployment

EMOTIONS

After watching 8 Mile & Pride
All my emotions are running high
Shooting straight up to the sky
Feel like giving everyone high 5z
8 Mile is about a rapper’s life
Pride is about brotherhood on da ice
8 Mile is too damn good that I had to watch it twice
It made me realize that it takes motivation to get things right

Both stories convey the message “Never Say Die”
I felt connected coz I’ve locked myself up in a hive
Thinking & writing have me occupied
Taking this road is like rolling dice
I don’t know if I can ever win a prize
Hopefully someday I can bring home a little pride

Poverty has been a hot topic this week
There’s a gig got rated off the peak
They pretend they were raising money for the weak
I assume there must be a tweak
The singers must have shared a piece of meat
If not why would I see so many poor on the street

Tell y’all is hard to believe why they do it for free
While they don’t even have time for a Mc Flurry
Even if they do, I bet they would rather choose high tea
Seeing a bunch of people in white teez
Deceived me thought they were going to play Frisbee
I question why the hell they don’t just give out money

No wonder my dad always says,
“Turn Off The Damn TV & Save Some Electricity!!!”

Life & Money

Life is Sweet, Sour, Bitter & sometimes Salty
When y’all licking pussies
That’z what makes life so Tasty

Money allows one to feel luxury
Can bring pleasure momentarily
But can’t bring happiness permanently
Cause MEN are greedy &
There’s just no boundary

If you combine them together, they’ll match perfectly
Life without money means POVERTY
Life with too little money means INSTABILITY
Life with a lot of money means WEALTHY
Life with too much money attracts ROBBERY
Life with da right amount of money brings HARMONY

Most importantly w’all should just take it easy
